General Term & Conditions
1. E-vouchers are valid during School Holidays and Public Holidays and can be combined for longer stay.
2. E-vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other items or promotions and no refund on entitlements.
3. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add to these conditions, or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
4. Early check in subject to availability. Hotel check-in: 3pm; check-out: 12pm.
5. A Tourism Tax (RM 10.00) per room per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
– Malaysian nationals and permanent residence of Malaysia are exempted from the payment of Tourism Tax under the Exemption Order.
6. The hotel premise is 100% smoke free except for outdoor areas and spaces. An RM100 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest account should smoking occur in the hotel rooms.
7. Pets are not allowed in any part of the hotel premises including hotel rooms.

Others
– Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
– Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises including hotel rooms.
– Cooking or any other form of meal preparation is not allowed on the hotel premises including hotel rooms.
– No cigarette butts, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage.

Redemption Instructions
1. Booking must be made 10 working days before check in and is subject to room availability.

3. No refund, amendment or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
4. E-vouchers must be printed before check in and present upon check in at the counter.

Additional Charges
1. Additional Breakfast for adult will be charged RM25 per adult and for child between age of 4-12 will be charged RM16 per child.
2. Additional charges will apply for any rooms, guests, meals and usage of hotel facilities and services that exceeds the accommodation and meals package detailed in this Reservation Confirmation.
3. Extra Bed/ Extra Mattress – Request for an extra bed will incur additional charges of RM50 per bed and extra matress at Rm35 per unit and are subject to individual room configuration and maximum room occupancy policy. Any request must be confirmed with the hotel directly.
